None of these is in use, and nothing here is available to read yet. Every one is an unreviewed draft, no document from this pack has been issued to a client, and none can be issued until a Texas attorney has reviewed it. Each will be published here, in English and Spanish, when that review is finished.

What this site does with your information
What is collected today
Nothing. There is no form on this site, no account to create, no sign-in, no payment, no chat window and no mailing list. Nothing here asks you for information, so there is nothing for us to hold.
Cookies
This site's own code sets no cookies. Nothing on it follows you to another website, and no page carries an advertising network.
Analytics
None runs in this code today. We do intend to add a page-view count, and when we do it will be self-hosted and cookieless — a tally of which pages get read, not a profile of who read them. That change gets written on this page, by name, the day it goes live. If measurement is ever switched on at the hosting platform instead of in our code, that counts as analytics too and it gets named here too.
Getting the page to you
A hosting provider has to receive your request in order to send a page back; that is true of every website there is. We add nothing on top of it — no identifier of our own, no profile, no list.
Photographs
This site has no photo upload, and this system stores no client photographs. Under Texas law a photograph of a face can be biometric information, so that capability stays switched off until the consent documents above are finished.
Text messages
This website sends none. Please call the number below rather than texting it: nobody has confirmed that this line receives text messages, so a text may reach no one.
Selling or sharing
There is nothing to sell, and we would not sell it. No data broker, no rented list, no advertising partner.
If this page is ever wrong
Tell us, by phone or through Texas Relay as described below. A privacy summary describing a site that no longer exists is worse than none at all, so this page is re-checked against what the pages actually load. Find a gap and we will close it.
Accessibility
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, level AA, is the standard we build toward. That is a goal, not a claim that the site is finished.
- Color contrast is measured with a calculator, not judged by eye: the palette is checked against the WCAG ratios by a script, not by opinion.
- Body text starts at 16 pixels and every page can be pinched or zoomed.
- The focus outline follows the shape of the control it sits on, rather than drawing a rectangle around it.
- Anything that moves respects your system’s reduced-motion setting: it resolves instantly to its finished state rather than animating faster.
- Every page exists in English and in Spanish, written in both — not machine-translated.

Nothing on this site is health advice, and none of it replaces a conversation with a health-care professional. If something about your skin worries you, please see one; we are glad to work around their instructions.
License numbers: we publish a license number only after checking it ourselves against the TDLR public lookup. None appears on this site yet. When the individual esthetician license is verified, it is printed here with its expiration date.
